To appeal against a Parking Charge Notice (PCN), please carefully read the
below.
All appeals must be made in writing, detailing the reasons for challenge and
include:
•The Parking Charge Notice number
•The vehicle registration
•Your full name
•Your full and serviceable postal address
•Your email address
Please make sure full details are supplied. Incomplete appeals will not be
considered.
Prior to submitting your appeal, it is important that all relevant evidence to support the basis of your appeal has been supplied. Should your circumstances be sufficiently evidenced to satisfy the criteria of the Appeals Charter, as detailed in Annex F of the Private Parking Sector Single Code of Practice, you may be entitled to a Reduced Settlement Offer and parking charges will be reduced in accordance with this.
Once an appeal has been received, the case will be placed on hold until your case has been considered. You will be notified of the outcome of your appeal by e-mail within 28 days of submission. Therefore, please ensure that your e-mail address is correct and serviceable and we strongly recommend that you regularly check both your inbox and spam/ junk folders. You may wish to add
noreply_premierpark@eparking.uk and
noreply@premierpark.co.uk to your ‘safe senders’ list to ensure successful delivery. If you have not received a response within 28 days, please contact us urgently to ascertain appeal status. Do not assume your appeal has been successful if no response is received.
Should your internal appeal be unsuccessful, the right to pay at the rate applicable when the appeal was made will stand for a further 14 days from the data rejection. We will provide you alternatively, should you wish to escalate your dispute, you will be eligible to engage with the Independent Appeals Service (POPLA) within 28 days of dismissal. If you appeal to the IAS, you will lose the right to pay the discounted amount.
Please Note: You can only appeal one Parking Charge Notice at a time. To appeal more than one, please submit another form once the first one is completed.
Once an appeal has been submitted correctly and your appeal has been received, the website will progress to the next page to confirm this. You will also receive an automated email confirming the same. If you do not receive these, this means your appeal has not been successfully submitted, therefore, we would suggest you try again or submit an appeal by post.
